It finally snowed here aound the middle of November. We enjoyed it while it lasted, which is usually six months, but about a week or two later we had a weeks worth of warm and rainy weather which melted what we had. Needless to say, our backyard is full of green grass! VERY unusual for us! I almost forgot it was close to Christmas without the snow. Here are some pictures of Shira enjoying the snow while we had it.

Shira built a castle and was very proud of it.
We had dinner at a friend's house and they have a little snowmachine that the kids LOVED to ride and get pulled on the sled. Of course as soon as we got home the kids started asking for a snow machine. Like that is going to happen.
